Dark Circles Under Eyes to Turn into Shining Bright Eyes

Dark circles under eyes immediately start disappearing turning them into shining bright eyes as the eyebrows get raised naturally and lift the eyelids further up and lock them there.
The skin under the eye is thinner than the rest of the skin around. Hence the veins under it give it a blue tinge appearing as dark circles there.

But the way we have been going through our previous posts not only lifts-up the drooping eyelids, removes the excess eyelid skin along with the excess fat-tissue, removes dark circles under eyes, and turns back the eyelids that have gone turned-in or turned-out; but also gets a total facelift for you without going for an anti aging eye cream or an anti wrinkle eye cream, or any surgical procedure.
Just open your eyes FULL in their TOTAL WIDTH by putting a slight smile on your lips, and you will have got the two bright eyes on your face!
And then this only is the right way you should always open your eyes in while you are awake.
If you are really interested in and really curious about whatever you are looking at, it automatically happens so.
We do need looking into this interest and curiosity thing further in its depth and we’ll certainly come out with many more pearls of biological wisdom from there.

Making Up Your Eyes

Eye make up tips are provided on these pages to educate and entice you. There are countless tips that can be considered, but only the best are worth your time. Many of us realize that the eyes are the most essential part of the make up of the face. Take note of these eye make-up tricks for a quick glamour fix that you’ll just adore!
· Arch your brows to begin. The key to a clean look for your eyes begins with a beautiful shapely brow! Avoid the “werewolf syndrome” by trimming and shaping your brows. I highly recommend having a professional stylist do the job. It’s always easier for an expert to tweeze or arch your brows than attempting the do-it-yourself tactic. Be sure to clearly explain your expectations. I always take in a picture to show how I want my brows to look.
Eyeliners. Eyeliners add further definition to the eye and put a more finished look to the effect desired with the application of the eye shadow. To apply the eyeliner, draw the line first on the lower lid, and then draw a line on the upper lid, starting from the inner corner and going towards the outer corner. The eyeliner should be applied closely to the lash line.
Mascara. In putting mascara on the eyelashes, a woman adds more life to her eyes and makes them seem brighter. The color of the mascara that you should choose, however, should complement the color of your skin.
· Choose your shadows wisely. Eye color makes a difference when choosing shadow colors. Brown eyes look good with most colors, however, try adding some variety to your face by spicing it up with some color. Blue and green eyes should avoid the blue and green shadows. This will give you a pale and dull appearance. If you have blue or green eyes, smoky colors tend to bring out your eyes the best. A make-up trio is good to buy because part of the work is already done for you, color coordination. When you use a color trio, go from lighter to darker starting at the lid part of your eye.
· Applying the Shadow. Most women just start applying shadow without the most important initial step, the base. Using foundation to base your eyes brings out the true color of the shadow and allows the shadow to stay on longer. After the base, apply the shadow with a long tipped brush. These are just better for application and blending. To top it off, add a little liner to the very top of your lids to make your eyes appear sexier, but be sure to smudge it. Helpful hint-after applying more than one color, blend them with a separate brush to create a more natural look.
· Mascara is a Must- Choosing your mascara is tricky. Most women don’t put much thought or money into the type of mascara that they use. Well, if I were to invest in one expensive type of make-up, it would be the mascara. Why? Well, for one, cheap mascara can actually lead to breakage of the lashes! It’s true… cheap mascara, which leads to clumping, weighs down the lashes, which eventually leads to tearing lids out to remove the mascara. You can choose thickening mascara, lengthening, or conditioning (if you don’t need longer or thicker lashes) depending on what you need. The make-up market has a plethora of mascara products to choose from. I suggest avoiding colorful mascaras, as they tend to add too much to your look.
· Pull your look together by color-coding. Basically, be sure to tie it all together by choosing the rest of your cosmetics to match your beautiful new eyes. If you are wearing smoky eyes, red lips look great! Shimmery shadows go great with nude or earth tone lips. Never mix shiny lips with shimmery, eyes unless you want to look like a character from High School Musical. With a more matte look, say, an Audrey Hepburn classic look, you can sport earth-tone lips or red lips. Just be sure that you aren’t over killing on one color.
Curl lashes An eyelash curler will make even long lashes look more gorgeous. For added effect, you can heat the curler under a blowdryer for a couple seconds. Test curler before applying to lashes because you could burn yourself.
Apply mascara Place the wand of your mascara brush at the bottom of lashes and wiggle back and forth. Follow with another few sweeps of the wand. Apply to bottom lashes as well.

Beautytip for Valentine Day

The most awaited day to celebrate love is nearing and you cannot be caught without putting your best foot forward! So we truly believe that beauty is skin deep and here are the beauty rituals which a girl must do to have the most envied skin.

Step 1: Cleansing

Clean your face with a soft, creamy liquid cleanser. Soap is not only drying, but it is not healthy. The dirt that comes off your hands ends up on your face.Put your liquid cleaner on a cotton ball and stick to your skin.Make sure you rinse with lukewarm water because hot water can aggravate the skin and inflame capillaries.

Step 2: Tone
In the old days, toner was analogous to harsh. But there are a multitude of toners on the market today that are gentle and formulated to balance the skin. Use a gentle toner over your face and neck after you have rinsed thoroughly. This removes the last traces of your cleanser and restores the pH balance of the skin so it won’t over-secrete or under-secrete oil. For oily or combination skin, you can use a toner that is more astringent. For oily skin, look for ingredients like witch hazel. It’s true they are drying, but oily complexions may need this drying effect.
Step 3: Exfoliate
The purpose of gently exfoliating the skin is to remove the buildup of dead skin cells that causes breakouts. Also, you want to smooth the skin’s surface so your treatment products can be absorbed more evenly. But don’t use exfoliators that are too harsh. Look for fine abrasives. Scrubs that contain ground-nut shells or apricot pits may irritate the skin because the edges are uneven and can cause microscopic tears. Never use loofas and buff puffs on your face, as your face is not a floor and should not be scrubbed like one. Over-exfoliating will only result in removing healthy new skin.
Step 4: Steam
Gently steam your face once a week for five to ten minutes as part of your deep-cleansing ritual. Place a handful of chamomile in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Turn the flame off and let the mixture “brew” and cool. When it’s cooled enough – so the steam doesn’t burn you – place a towel over your head for a tent-like effect and expose your face to the vapor. However tempting it may be, do not squeeze or pick any blemishes after you have steamed.
Step 5: Revitalize
Facial masks are used to revitalize and tighten the skin. For those with oily skin, clay- based masks are best. Hydrating gel masks or cream masks should be used by those with dry or sensitive skin. If you have combination skin, apply a mud mask only over the T-zone, which is the center of the forehead, nose and chin and the center of cheeks. For a real at-home “spa experience,” soak two cotton balls in rosewater and then apply to eyelids while the mask is drying. We recommend you to do a “patch test” on your leg before applying a new type of mask to make sure you don’t have an allergic reaction to it.
Step 6: Moisturize
Regularly moisturizing your skin is critical to maintain a young and healthy looking skin. Another important reason to wear a daily moisturizer is for protection against the sun’s damaging rays. Moisturizers should be used every morning and every night for maximum results. Even oily complexions need some sort of moisturizer. Just make sure you find one that’s non-comedogenic and formulated not to block pores. Nighttime is the best time to apply repairing treatments such as anti-aging or anti-wrinkle creams. During the day, make sure you use a moisturizer that contains an SPF of at least 15.
Makeup tips for V-Day
Put on a Strip Tease
Grab a flirty pair of strip lashes to make your eyes look tantalizing. Strip lashes are a quick way to add some vavavavoom for V-Day.
Use Protection
Purchase a protective fixer spray to make your makeup tear-proof and smudge-proof. Your makeup might just last longer the rest of your Valentine’s Day activities.
Conduct a Taste Test
Test out a brand new flavored lipstick or gloss, not only will your lips look luscious, your kisses will taste delicious.
Give Yourself a Hand Job
Make sure your hands are soft, supple and ready to be held with this at-home treatment. Use 1/4 cup of cornmeal, 1 tbsp. of water, and enough apple cider vinegar to create a paste. Slather the mixture on hands and rub together. Then, rinse. It really does the job!

How to Cure Feets

How to cure Cracked Heels

Beauty is not just about looking good but being healthy. This pertains to every part of your anatomy. From head to toe, literally! When you make your next appearance at a party, watch the feet of all those beautiful people you see. Do you see corns, callouses, chipped nails and skin growths? Ugh!

Everyday feet Care Routine:

Feet maintenance is a part and parcel of your beauty treatment. Here are a few tips on how to make your feet look as fresh as possible.

* To keep your feet smelling good and looking fresh dust some deodorizing talcum powder onto your feet every morning.
* You need to exercise your feet. Walking is a good form of exercise for the feet.
* When you get back from a long day, soak your feet alternatively in hot and cold water. Add some salt to this water.
* If your feet are itching, then apply some lemon juice and vinegar.
* Try massaging some onion juice between the toes. This will relieve itching and athlete’s foot.
* When shopping for shoes, comfort is the operative word. Ill-fitting shoes which are too tight have really high heels and pointed toes are largely responsible for the ‘ill-health’ of your feet. Your shoes must support the arch of your foot and also provide enough room to accommodate your toes.

Walking bare foot:

Shoes trap energy around the feet, and that could be one of the reasons for feeling tired at the end of a long day. So take them off whenever you can and give them as much air as possible. Barefoot walks help tone the muscles of your feet, keeping them young and strong. An early morning barefoot walk on cool, dewy grass is refreshing and invigorating for the entire system, not just your feet. It is also believed to have a very good effect in improving eyesight. Do walk barefoot as much as possible to help the bone structure of your feet function according to its natural shape.

Cure for Cracked heels:

A common problem in the winter months is cracked heels. Here are a few ways to combat the problem.

* Soak your heels in lukewarm water and use a pumice-stone to scrub off dead skin to smooth the heels or use a foot scrub after soaking the feet in lukewarm water. Apply a deep moisturizing lotion or Vaseline and put on the socks to cover it for sometime. This method will protect the feet from excessive dryness.
* You could also heat up some Coconut oil, add some wax into it and after cooling apply it onto your heels.
* Another solution is to melt paraffin wax and mix it well with little mustard oil. Apply on the affected area of your heels. Wash it off in the morning. Do this for 10 or 15 days and see the difference.

Relaxing Foot Massage:

Our feet constantly take the pressure, wear and tear of getting us from point A to point B, leaving them feeling achy and worn. Giving a foot massage, whether to yourself or to a friend, is a special relaxing treat that releases tension instantly. Read on to learn how to pamper by giving a foot massage.

Steps to Follow:

* Clean the feet with a foot soak. Dissolve a cup of Epsom salts in a gallon of warm water to destress the feet prior to massage. Soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Dry thoroughly, including between your toes.
* Apply lotion or cream and massage each foot completely with gentle strokes. This includes the top and bottom of the foot from toes to ankle.
* Follow with deeper strokes. Using both hands, place your fingers on bottom and your thumbs on top. Firmly slide your thumbs between the tendons of the ankle and toes. Use appropriate amount of pressure so it’s not ticklish, but not so deep that it’s painful.
* Massage the soles of the feet using circular motions with your thumbs over the entire bottom of your foot. Keep the pressure steady starting from the base of the toes and moving toward the heel.
* Rub your toes with gentle, circular motions. Stretch your foot while you rub to increase the effect. Gently bend and rotate each toe. Use a circular motion to rub each toe individually, from the bottom to the tip.
* Twist the foot by rotating both hands around it in an up and down motion. Each hand should move in opposite directions.
* Repeat the all-over, gentle massage that you started out with to complete the foot massage. Towel feet off to remove any excess lotion.

Ageing & Beauty Care

  • Ageing and Hair Falling – In 50’s age, Women are undergoing hormonal changes in your body due to menopause, which leads to decline in the female hormone, estrogen, making the male hormone relatively hyperactive. This leads to androgenic alopecia or male pattern balding. Dry skin is one of the other effects of these hormonal changes. For this skin you need to get an oil massage once a week.
  • Darker Upper Lips : Lighten Up – A dark upper lips is normal; the lower lip looks pink because of lip biting, which is very common. It is important to break the vicious cycle of lip biting and skin dehydration. For this, try using a petroleum jelly-based lip balm several times a day. Apply a lightening cream containing kojic acid and vitamin C in very small quantities on lip mergins at night.

There are several reasons for darker underarms, using deodorants directly on your skin, hair-removing creams, friction in case of excess weight and an existing hormonal imbalance. Avoid using deodorants directly pn your skin. Use a lightening agent containing mild hydroquinone locally at night. Use in very small quantity and avoid sun exposure while you are using the cream. Dust on an antifungal powder to keep the area dry.
  • Oily Skin & Dust – Teenage girls glands are very active, producing sebum in excess which gets deposited on the surface of your skin, making it look oily. It can cause acne. Avoid oily products and preferably use gel-based cosmetics. Mix some calamine in your sunscreen as it will absorb excess oil and keep your skin dry.
